It came out so cute on you but I do have to let others know that this will permanently stain your hair. I have used all of the as I am hair colors from this collection but if you plan on bleaching your hair in the future that red while it may not show up on your dark hair after a couple of washes will be a big issue when you bleach your hair and you notice it lifts the red. It does stain with the blue and green too (not sure about the gold) but those will not be as hard to lift. But the red is a death sentence. If you never plan on bleaching then use these but if you ever want to go lighter (blonde specifically) don't use these.

The stylist education on type 4 hair sounds limited. You voicing your concerns about one side of your hair being softer has nothing to do with heat styling most type 4 girls have different textures in our head and some are looser and easier to style whereas there may be a rough patch that is on the 4c spectrum. Her answer to everything was "heat damage" instead of just admitting that she didn't have the answer to your comments. I'm new to your channel so you may style your hair with heat but the different textures is a normal thing in our hair even when its perfectly healthy. On a brighter note Love the way you styled your hair in the black top so beautiful 😍!!!
